Return Instructions

This product is eligible to be returned to the warehouse and restocked for future use. A return label will be included with this item. Please note: there will be no return shipping charges unless the label is used.

Important Guidelines:

• Only return the approved item. Do not include any other items in the return shipment, as they cannot be restocked.
• Package return packages securely. Items must be packed carefully—if anything arrives damaged or broken, it will be discarded.
• Notify us on the day of shipment. Please email the SKU number, quantity, and tracking number to shops@cubikpromo.com on the same day you send the return.
